Insurance is perceived as complex and agent-reliant. Etiqa needed to reposition its e-Channel as simple, direct and personalised.
We showed how with just a click, life bends to your choices, echoing how insurance should be: instant, simple, in your hands.
I led the campaign narrative and coined the tagline, then wrote scripts that translated the idea into a short film and social assets.
The narrative guided all campaign assets, leading to stronger alignment across digital channels.
